You can’t increase height, height is genetics. Unless you’re young and you take HGH (growth hormones, that’s what messi took) It’s all good to be short, take pride in that.
Your height can be increased by hanging on a pull up bar and sitting up straight. If you sit up straight/hang from a pull up bar, you will stretch your muscles which in turn can increase your height
For height, you need genetics though other things can help you reach your potential height. For example, consuming the necessary foods for growth (cow milk is a good idea), doing stretches and hanging, working out or doing exercise, and also getting enough sleep. These tips can probably help quite a bit if you want to grow taller.
how do i do split ends if my hair grows like a hatian warlord, splits on spawn and I dont have the hair inches to pull im front of my eyes or wrap around my finger to even detect or isolate split ends?
