Baltimore County PD Aviation Crew Rescues A Man Whose Boat Flipped In Maryland

Around 6:26 PM on September 9, 2023, the Baltimore County Police Department’s Aviation Team responded to the scene of a flipped boat near Key Bridge and Fort Carroll. A man was found floating in the water without a life jacket and clinging to his boat. The Aviation Crew deployed a self-inflating life ring to keep the victim safe. The victim was able to remain afloat until A United States Coast Guard crew arrived and pulled him to safety. A BCoPD Marine Unit also arrived to assist.
