    Great advices, however being Muslim most important stress releasing agents are offering 5 times prayers bajmaat and recitation of Holy Quran on daily basis. Zikr, astaghfar and darood sharif should also be included

    I am dispenser i have worked in emergency ward for a long time and I have seen many cases in hospital i know many types of depression! I have trouble taking a breath. I have completed the course but depression not completely gone. I will follow your instructions

      It's because of long term depression. Mujhy to yhi lagta hy as a medical student but yh apko axhy sy maloom hoga kh mujhy kb sy depression chal rhy hy ur mn isko apni zindgi sy door bh nhi krr pa rhi
