Julian, best grip is how you grip the striker naturally. Emulating the 'grip' of a champ, in an effort to play like him, doesnt actually help because everyone has a unique style of grip mechanism. The best tip ever on developing a grip is that it is not supposed to be 'developed' at all. Let it come naturally. Union of thumb, index and middle/ring/small finger is the ideal and the most common combination. Abdul Jabbar, however, was one of the most unique exceptions to this combination.
My grip is very loose. I can play straight shots but not rebounds. If i tighten the grip for straight shots, either the shot is fast or striker does not reach the coin. What should i do?
I only found Carrom two days ago and already have played 14-15 games...ordered my own board now too. Thanks for your channel ... I'm going to need it to get better ;)
