I'm still emo over this song... I remember listen to it on repeat while waiting for EXIT: E at the time to drop. And now almost a year later I'm listening to it once again. So much has changed tho. But like the lyrics in Pricked, I somehow think that it's better this way. Despite the pain... What's done is done. Nammie is doing experimental things musically, and discovering himself as an indie artist. While Mino and the rest of WINNER have let him go, and are more passionate than ever to release new music and working hard to make a name for themselves. Sure we don't know what when down, whether YG kicked him out or Taehyun was having a conflicted with WINNER and YG's direction... but one thing is for sure. Their friendship, affection and care for each other wasn't something fake imo. I think there are just so many hurt feelings and strong emotions from both sides right now. What I'm saying is... that I too as an IC finally am accepted their 'break-up', seeing how things are slowly moving on. And I feel comfort from Pricked's lyrics.
