It's true that believers can't be possessed by demons, since they can't take over our body once we're filled with the Holy Spirit. However, make no mistake that demons do try to torment us from the outside once we're believers, cause their job is to pull people back to their side who don't have a lot of faith.

In the book of Acts, the apostles performed signs and wonders so that people would see and believe. If non believers had demons cast out, they may believe, and the demons would not return.

I have been church for 30 years. I have seen people say they are saved, but the fruits that they bare are contrary to that of the scripture. Some people never get free when they get saved.

Jesus preached a salvation gospel. Not a deliverance gospel. Why? Because the blood of Jesus is sufficient enough to set everyone free. It's sufficient enough to break every chain and curse. His blood upon salvation delivers us. We are sealed with the Holy Spirit. Who is greater. We put on the whole armor of God so we can resist demonic attacks and deceptive lies.

Binding and Loosing are the Keys to the Kingdom. Binding demons and any unclean spirits 'in the name of Jesus' and commanding demons to leave 'in the name of Jesus' is the believer's keys to the Kingdom.

Christian is a title. Titles mean nothing. Christians is just someone who “follows” Christ. Judas also followed Christ. Can a person claiming the title of Christian have a demon, yes. Can a person who has Gods words in their heart, follow the commands, walk in the spirit, avoid sexual immorality and all things the Bible teach us and deny the devil have a demon? No. Because then the devil will flee.
The devil will possess anybody who allows him to, even christian. To say christian cant be possess is a lie we are humans, we are flawed. The bible say God didnt give us the spirit of fear. Meaning fear is a spirit, so if you're fearful you are possed by a spirit of fear.

Reading the comments. Lots of people are not thinking critically about this topic and Im going to point out that this youtuber is taking scripture out of context. Lets start with the scripture he lead with. He stated "Resist the drvil amd he will flee". So lets think logically about this. Lets say the demon or devil resides in you. We can all agree that there would be A Battle between the Holy Spirit inside the Christian and the demon. This, ladies and gentlemen, is called resisting your flesh. Our hearts cause us to sin. Our fleshly desires such as premarital sex, living with your boyfriend/girlfriend, drunkenness, idolatry, drugs...ect. So....if there are demons in us... then we need to resist said demons. This youtuber left out something important. You can even pause the video. The scripture CONTINUES to say "the devil will flee FROM YOU"!. In order to flee, you have to start at point A and go to Point B. You are Point A. If the devil or demon isn't inside of us...then why would we need to resist? The light shines when we make the decision to choose Jesus and God's will for us OVER our flesh and our sinful nature. Its only Because of Jesus that the Light CAN shine.

Completely inaccurate, and my experience as a Christian will argue with you! I became a Christian at the age of 7, and I shed a demon three years ago, by praying the Blood of Jesus Christ over myself and my household, and even then it took about a year and a half! How do I know I shed a demon? Because I felt Completely different one day, more optimistic, And I felt a mildly malevolent but familiar presence around me for the next two days, then it left and hasn't ever returned. What were the consequences of this? I could have conversations with people and they would be Much less likely to think the worst of me, AND I didn't not have as many negative thoughts. This is the Problem with Demons, and why they are Worthy of attention; they make you Think that You have they thoughts they give you! To put it another way, they make you Think you are a different person, and that you have more evil thoughts that You Yourself do. --Corey, you framed this poorly, which is understandable as it doesn't appear that he has ever suffered from a demon. There is Demon Possession which is what you are talking about, and there is Demon Oppression, which is what I had and did not know until later. Possession is when you have no control whatsoever, something like The Exorcist, whereas oppression is where they tell you things, and you think it is your thoughts! This is why it is so Upsetting, you don't Really know who you are! Can you fix what you don't know is broke? No! It's true that believers can't be possessed by demons, since they can't take over our body once we're filled with the Holy Spirit. However, make no mistake that demons do try to torment us from the outside once we're believers, cause their job is to pull people back to their side who don't have a lot of faith.

Yeah like Peter was, he was listening to the devil when Jesus rebuked the devil in Peter, but Peter was not "possessed", he just needed to resist the devil before opening his mouth, like we all need to do.

I saw that remnant which I normally don't. I believe today they'll do a response to Justin Peters and Jeremiah Bible prophecy. The word 'bound' is a very strong term, meaning you no longer have freedom to decide for yourself. Something was binding him. If Paul can be invaded by an evil spirit and be bound why couldn't any believer?
We are in a constant battle every single day that can easily be won every single day "in the name of Jesus" when a believer learns deliverance and spiritual warfare. Matthew 16:19 says "And I will give unto thee the keys of the Kingdom of Heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in Heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in Heaven."
Binding and Loosing are the Keys to the Kingdom. Binding demons and any unclean spirits 'in the name of Jesus' and commanding demons to leave 'in the name of Jesus' is the believer's keys to the Kingdom.

Christian is a title. Titles mean nothing. Christians is just someone who “follows” Christ. Judas also followed Christ. Can a person claiming the title of Christian have a demon, yes. Can a person who has Gods words in their heart, follow the commands, walk in the spirit, avoid sexual immorality and all things the Bible teach us and deny the devil have a demon? Reading the comments. Lots of people are not thinking critically about this topic and Im going to point out that this youtuber is taking scripture out of context. Lets start with the scripture he lead with. He stated "Resist the drvil amd he will flee". So lets think logically about this. Lets say the demon or devil resides in you. We can all agree that there would be A Battle between the Holy Spirit inside the Christian and the demon. This, ladies and gentlemen, is called resisting your flesh. Our hearts cause us to sin. Our fleshly desires such as premarital sex, living with your boyfriend/girlfriend, drunkenness, idolatry, drugs...ect. So....if there are demons in us... then we need to resist said demons. This youtuber left out something important. You can even pause the video. The scripture CONTINUES to say "the devil will flee FROM YOU"!. In order to flee, you have to start at point A and go to Point B. You are Point A. If the devil or demon isn't inside of us...then why would we need to resist? The light shines when we make the decision to choose Jesus and God's will for us OVER our flesh and our sinful nature. Its only Because of Jesus that the Light CAN shine.

Completely inaccurate, and my experience as a Christian will argue with you! I became a Christian at the age of 7, and I shed a demon three years ago, by praying the Blood of Jesus Christ over myself and my household, and even then it took about a year and a half! How do I know I shed a demon? Because I felt Completely different one day, more optimistic, And I felt a mildly malevolent but familiar presence around me for the next two days, then it left and hasn't ever returned. What were the consequences of this? I could have conversations with people and they would be Much less likely to think the worst of me, AND I didn't not have as many negative thoughts. This is the Problem with Demons, and why they are Worthy of attention; they make you Think that You have they thoughts they give you! To put it another way, they make you Think you are a different person, and that you have more evil thoughts that You Yourself do. --Corey, you framed this poorly, which is understandable as it doesn't appear that he has ever suffered from a demon. There is Demon Possession which is what you are talking about, and there is Demon Oppression, which is what I had and did not know until later. Possession is when you have no control whatsoever, something like The Exorcist, whereas oppression is where they tell you things, and you think it is your thoughts! This is why it is so Upsetting, you don't Really know who you are! Can you fix what you don't know is broke? No! So while you might know the best Mechanic (Jesus), until you bring Him into a specific area, will He fix whatever is wrong? Maybe, and maybe not, but My experience shows probably not!
