Agreed. The lighting all around the G70 is beautiful in my opinion. The two horizontal drl in the front look great during the day. And at night the quad headlamps plus the 2 lines looks really nice.
I hate they nerfed the exhaust. Such a quick clean car but sounds terrible. I'm not a fan of screaming loud exhaust. But shit you got almost 400 hp under the hood make it sound like it
I just got a 23 G70 and the exhaust on mine sounds way louder then the one on this video. But man I never would have thought I would find a genesis to look as clean and sporty as the 3.3
Is your car expensive to maintain? I’m thinking about buying a 2023 3.3 but just wondering how much I’m expected to pay with wear and tear and gas. Not the car payment
Just Got my GV70 a couple months ago .. love it. I’m an OG Hyundai Genesis sedan owner 2009. One of the first to do it! Black with the black 22” rims. The genesis brand owes me! 😂😂
I might get one but is the 20k increase for a new 2.5T over the 2.0T worth it? (Used vs new) and well I kinda wanted a Sonata N-Line 2024 2.5T if not but im disappointed that its not AWD
The 2.5T G70 offers more power and an updated interior design compared to the 2.0T version, but the exterior design remains largely similar. Choosing between the two can be challenging, especially when considering budget constraints.
@@GenesisOfSouthBay thanks and yeah where I live the hyundai dealer is around 40min from here but the nearest genesis dealer is 6h…. Its quite a bummer
Also, I'm trying to locate a used 2022 3.3t AWD G70 prestige in Siberian Ice for $45k or less. Hit me up if you find any out there. I would order one brand new, but buying a new car is such a waste of money considering after 1 year you can already find them used fully loaded for $45k

No its a 3.3T twin turbocharged v6 with 365 hp and 376lb/ft of torque mated to a In house built 8 speed automatic. It's missing two things in my opinion. To me it has very little character to its sound and feel. It's punchy no doubt but my 2015 accord exl v6 coupe sounds way way better and feels way more refined. My stock dual exhaust sounds way better from outside and inside. Number 2 is the fuel economy is almost v8 truck 4x4 efficiency. To be a modern engine in a premium brand you have to strive for better than well below average. It's pathetic. BMW's inline v6 turbo in the M40I gets 30 plus with around the same horsepower numbers if not more. I understand the Korean built g70 will probably be a bit more reliable but c'mon. You have to catch up with your peers in that department. Your content is excellent. Design fantastic. But those two caused me to not pull the trigger on a 23' Sport Prestige. In my V6 accord coupe which does 0-60 in a consistent 5.4 seconds I get 34 mpg on the highway. I would be livid on the sane 1200 mile trip getting 24! Especially since my range in my Honda is between 40 and 510 on a long road trip and the g70 it's around 310. Too many stops.
Nevermind the exhaust, those tailights are sexy as hell 🤤

That was near 400 hp? Sounded like 150 tbh lol not even hating, I couldn’t hear it

Siberian Ice has been discontinued unfortunately! Please call our store for more information.
