- Meine neue Erweiterung für mein Homegym: Eine neue verstellbare Flachbank und Schrägbank musste her- aus 4-Kant-Rohr mit 3mm Metall-Stärke. Die Kosten beliefen sich auf rund 120,- EUR (Metall, Farbe, Stoff, Schaumstoff) und einigen Stunden "Bastel-Spaß". Wieder viel dazugelernt.
Maße sind am Ende des Videos im Bauplan.
Die Bank ist schön schwer und da wackelt absolut nichts, wenn man drauf liegt und drückt. Also kein Vergleich mit den Bänken, die man für unter 200,- EUR im Internet, bei den Discountern oder anderen Sport-Shops findet. Ich bin damit mega-zufrieden, und werde dann wohl auch mal mit schwereren Hanteln trainieren :-)

@@uncle_maik Arc welding is SO MUCH HARDER than mig welding. And its really not about your hand technique with the rod, its more about your know-how at the settings side of the welder. My dad can dial up dimes on any material, he just "knows", I try my most educated guess and either burn a huge hole or get no penetration at all and have to adjust every damn time.

@@uncle_maik a couple of years ago i was searching for designs to make an adjustable bench like this, buy could not find any to my liking, and end up making a simple flat bench that I did not use much till now. I only wish I had found this video earlier. But anyway, I am going to make one for myself soon. Thank you for this tutorial. All the best for your future.

The squares 11:55 that you have used can max load weight capacity of 150kg. How can we weld in a way to increase the max weight capacity to atleast 250kg if not 300kg
No risk no fun😂 i think, it is okay for more than 150 kg. But take bigger Steel-Plates.

Endlich mal ein paar DIY Schweiß Videos für Fitnessgeräte wie ich sie gesucht habe. Allerdings: Du scheinst das schweißen ja nicht professionell zu machen; keine Angst das da mal ne Naht nicht hält und aufgeht? Die Verletzungsgefahr ist ja bei höheren Gewichten enorm (nicht nur bei der Hantelbank hier, bspw. auch beim Rack). Ansonsten wirklich tolle Arbeit und ausführlich dokumentiert, vielen Dank dafür!
Danke für deinen netten Post. Ich hab mal versucht, beim Latzug die Beinpolsterhalterung abzuschlagen (Hammer) weil ich sie versetzt und neu geschweißt habe. Da ging nichts ab- scheint also extrem zu halten. Denn richtig, ich hab es nicht gelernt. Die ersten Versuche (die natürlich nicht gepostet werden🤣) waren Mist, dann wurde es immer besser. Viel Spaß beim Nachbau und nen guten Pump

Hi, danke für dein Lob. Tatsächlich ist die Bank extrem robust und schwer. Ist ein Gefühl wie im Gym, und nicht wie auf ner Homegym-Bank.
Geh mal auf Minute 20.30- ab da sind die Maße auf dem Plan gut zu sehen.
Viel Spaß beim Nachbau und dann einen guten Pump💪

Which metal iron or steel? And how many weight?
I use 3 mm Steel Pipes and 10mm full Steel plates for the adjustable parts. This ist strong enough.
