Thanks for your kind words and Danke fürs Zuschauen!
This video is actually about our drive in the downtown of Phoenix, so this is the center of the city. There are a few reasons why the streets were not as crowded as you would have thought:
      1) Phoenix is part of the Phoenix metropolitan area that has several cities with a high population (e.g. Tempe, Mesa, Scottsdale) that is quite spread out. You will see a lot of residential areas, as opposed to cities like NYC or SF.
      2) During COVID, a lot of people tend to work from home and stay at home more than before, so seeing fewer people in the streets may be expected.
      3) This video is from last week, which was during the week of a public US holiday (Thanksgiving), when a lot of people may have gone on vacation for that week.
Hope these make sense. I am sure there may be other reasons that we are not thinking of.

      ....."gone"...with all the technology & politics...etc.
....."was" a beautiful place long ago...like so many places in USA.
No more flowers for sale on Baseline...gardens & fruitstands gone. Back when...same with Bell Road.
      ...enjoy.

True! Maybe a reflection of the fact that the population grows at a relatively fast rate?

Going down 3st just before Van Buren all the way to Roosevelt passing Arizona Center is a cool drive. As well as going from one end of central to downtown on central.
