Route of drug administration is the medium in which any drug is introduced into the body for its action. there are several routes of administration for the drug, like oral, sublingual, buccal, topical, parenteral, transdermal, subcutaneous, intramuscular, intravenous, vaginal and rectal.
There are various routes of administration available, each of which has associated advantages and disadvantages. All the routes of drug administration need to be understood in terms of their implications for the effectiveness of the drug therapy and the patient’s experience of drug treatment.
Route of administration plays a very important role In the duration as well as the onset of action of any drug. This important factor should be in mind while considering the administration. #pushpendrapatel#solutionpharmacy

But acc. To google ye sabhi enteral route main include hote hai

Mohit Ji. Please watch this video again and listen slowly. There are many way to classify RDA. the best and accurate method is what i have followed after refering many books. See the meaning of both enteral and Paraenteral. Enteral means which goes via intestine and paraenteral = Para(Other than) + Enteral= other than intestine. So sublingual and buccal drugs absorbed via blood capillry not by intestine. Confusion occures because people think its taken from oral route or by mouth. Although few amount of drugs get ingested via this. Ager aap kuch muh me rakhenge to thoda sa to pet me jaayega but max amount to blood capillary se absorb ho jaata hai. Shayad aap ab samjh pye hon.

Sir right he kyo ki jo drug he uska disintegration and intestinal chemical substance metabolise nahi karte he jis se drug ki bioavaliblity increase hoti he or drug capillary though absorb hoti he jo systemic circulation take bypass Ho jati he or portal circulation abcent so liver metabolism nahi karta before action

But sir i think sublingual and rectal root examples of enteral. Not a parenteral. And really he was a good example. Thanku you sir.
MBBS Guru We usually divide routes of drug administration that produce systemic effect in Enteral or Parenteral. From Greek Enteros = Intestine and Para = Beside. Thus either it passes through the intestinal tract or it avoids it.
Although in many books sublingual is given under enteral just because they are taken by oral route but in many good book it is clearly explained that it does not go to intestine (It goes only if we engulf it) sonits para+enteral. Rectal route also by pass most pirtion of intestine and absorb at local site. This point is b confusing for many students.
