at 4 minutes Pauli speaks the truth. Coner edited his sparring video and dissed Pauli. Hope Pauli fights him. He whooped him in the sparring. There is no doubt Coner isn't top of his class.
People talk about Malignaggi continuing to talk about the sparring for attention, but he's defending himself just like any of us would do if we had been done wrong like that. I think it was clear there was an agenda once a 10 second clip was all Conor's side could provide as "evidence" of his abilities as a boxer. The Van Heerden sparring was a lot more evidence that Conor has flaws in his boxing game, and his flaws won't be improved vastly from a few months of boxing training.

Paulie is correct in saying that it wasn't a true knockdown. This happens all the time during sparring, falling back etc. What he said was very true with regards to the rarity of a true knockdown in sparring and the reaction that would have occured from people watching would have been massive. Valero was an example where he truly knocked people out during sparring and people who have watched for years were shocked to witness it.
