Hey, I kinda like the idea that Ulquiorra may have been in the know about Gin's true intentions… Gin is sneaky and good at hiding his true self, but I guess if any Espada would find out, it was Ulquiorra. Aizen himself might have been able to find out too, but I guess he was so sure of his success that he didn't care if Gin was truly loyal or not. And, well, we saw how well Gin's attempt went… sadly… damn, my mind is running wild with imagining how Ulquiorra and Gin would have a small conversation about Gin's true motives. I would really love to know how Kubo might have had it played out.
I concur! That would have been an interesting twist! It's also interesting, because from what I saw, Gin DID manage to keep Shinso's ability secret from him. So if he hadn't turned into a god it very well may have worked.
Honestly, given that Ulquiorra has total loyality to Aizen, he'd probably kill Gin since he doesn't know that Aizen knows about Gin's treachery (if we're talking about canon Ulquiorra).

Ulquiorra would destroy the Quincies and would probably be more willing to join the fight earlier. So Ulquiorra, Grimmjow, Nelliel, and Harribel would show up to help the Gotei beat the Sternritter early
