You have so many! How do you suggest we work with them (i.e., should we listen to different videos or try to settle in on one and just work with that one for a while?). Do we disperse our energy/focus by trying to listen to too many different affirmations?
That is a great question. The best approach would be to find your most important topics and focus on 2 (max3) at a time. Let´s say you want to improve productivity and beauty. You could pick one or two video for each topic, and listen to them in the morning when getting ready and when you go to sleep. Once you feel you are getting bored of the videos, or that your mind is wandering, it is time to switch and pick new ones for that topic. Many of my videos include the same affirmations, just reformulated in different ways, to keep the mind interested. Once you feel satisfied with your results, you can change the topic completely and just return for upkeep when you feel you need it. Our mind mostly tells us, what it wants. You will crave specific videos, when your mind needs them and you will get bored, once your mind had enough.😊 I usually try to cover more than one topic in most of my videos, I usually list in the descriptions what topics will be covered. So for example, beauty usually has self-love, confidence and healthy habit affirmations, so you may not have to listen to those additionally etc. If you have any more questions, please feel free to ask, I am happy to help.

I did notice that some affirmations are repeated and I thought maybe it wouldn’t be necessary to try to listen to too many ; but then I also felt that the subject matter changed slightly from video to video and sometimes (unfortunately) I feel like they ALL apply to me! 😩 But I will stick with a couple until I get that bored feeling you mentioned. I do like that you change up the music sometimes and that also keeps it fresh! Anyway, you’re a gem! So glad I found your channel. I’m sure there are a LOT of women who struggle in these areas; so thank you!
