You can design them yourself and cut it out of plastic. This team most likely used a cad program and cut the shape out with a laser cutter or CNC machine

What plastic do they use for the wings?
Probably Delrin but we use poly since it is stronger. Delrin is more laser cuttable. This is why the edges are so clean
