I am on server 25. Some of my viewers are still on the lone wolf while others are waiting a few days for him. There is an in-game timer ⏱️ where after “X” number of days, new content will release ie primal lords, trial of the abyss stages

Yes, once you unlock resonance synergy at res240, you will be able to exchange the "books" for more purple hero essence.
