i use morton pool salt 40lb bags from home improvement stores because it's $0.20 per pound, i do let my salt dissolve for 24 hours before adding eggs because the crystals are larger, to avoid clogging my rigid airline tubing i use a quick connect adapter that goes from 1/4" airline size to 3/8" with a bit of 3/8" RO tubing on the end
