I've been using this preset the last few days and it's great. I've had it for a couple of weeks and it took me a little bit to get used to, because it's different to how I normally set my tone. But I really connected with it over the weekend, played it at a show, and it's near perfect. The reverb and mod settings are amazing. I haven't been able to get wet tones like this since I've had the QC, so I'm super happy with it.
Sorry id have to disagree with most of you on price! What pedal/amp can you purchase for $100? Dont worry ill wait… E thanks for these great patches. For a mixing engineer/MD ill gladly throw this on the church cortex for our guitarist and instantly correct some tonality issues in house. And for $100 its honestly a steal, especially since tuners now a days are $100+. And side note we buy guitar, pedals, accessories from anyone for whatever they charge, with no questions asked but whn its a Christian its to expensive?! Yall stop it, just buy the patches, or stay off the comments section about “price”.
i just purchased 100's of artist presets with multiple amps for $100 crafted by a company that has done it for multiple years on likely a billion dollar budget. you can buy 2 neural dsp plugins right now for $100 and that is for software that will update for years to come. This is a one time $100 payment for compressor and delay settings setup in scenes. I would love to try it and it sounds good but its not comparative in anyway to above.
I have to agree here, I am sure a lot of work went into all the capture but I would want to know more before dropping 100, hear it with other guitars, comparison to full live pedalboard etc
Yeah I bought a Mesa Lonestar preset batch from Worship Tutorials for $15 (cloned amp and pedals included) and it’s what I almost always use for worship sets. Just downloaded some ambient presets for free by Rabea Massaad and I can’t wait to try them at the next rehearsal!
So what pedals that cost more than $100 and literally only do one thing on your current board? Curious where your value proposition is to say this is not worth $100 when you most likely have spent double to get one simple effect?

Price is absolutely justified. I don’t think many guys on here realize how much work goes into getting good captures/presets on the cortex, let alone dialing in the gear which can take years. I was thinking while I was watching this it’s probably like $100... checked and yep. I still have a full pedalboard but this video makes me want to get a cortex🔥

Im not sure when to use this during a worship set😅 2) Do you not use any dotted eighth for elevation song? It seems that delay lead scene is quarter note delay. How would you transit between quarters and dotted eighth delay then?
I was thinking about swapping my HX Stomp for Tonex pedals but now I'm seriously reconsidering. Amazing demo as always! Are you running delay/effects solely on the Quad Cortex now instead of with an hx stomp?

I purchased the preset a while ago... it would be cool this see how you run your patch with your pedalboard... also is there anyway you could make a preset that has more output... compared to the stock sounds the preset is substantially quieter. A preset with just the head captures and using your IRs would be killer as well... thanks for being an inspiration my dude

Hey E! I like the idea of this preset a lot, but does the QC have the functionality to "build" off of scenes like you said? Won't any overdrives you turn on or off get reset as soon as you flip scenes?

Sounds great. Though the price is a bit steep imo. Most other presets/captures are 1/5 of the cost. If this was 60-70% cheaper I would've purchased.
