A regular jalapeno is 2500-8000 units, a habanero is 100k-300k, and the reaper is 1.4-2.2 million.

Reminder: Scoville is a measurement of how dense the capsaicin is in a product, not how spicy it tastes. The hottest thing on the planet would be pure capsaicin, but it wouldn't taste very spicy cause you wouldn't be able to taste it due to it not being water-soluble.
As someone that's experienced the 1 chip challenge, the carolina reaper stomach pains is more deadly feeling than the heat in ur mouth, it makes u feel like u need ur stomach pumped, best thing to do is throw it up rather than let it digest
We really need to squash the idea that the seeds are spicy. The seeds dont make it spicy, the capsaicin which give the spiciness is in the oil of the pepper. So its the body and the membrane.
