Re: mould.
Movement of air and condensation prevention. You need insulation and ventilation. But once mould has got a grip it can be pretty hard to get rid of without constant attention and treatment.

Yo Wyn I watch your placing and am stoked when you qualify. mYou had some good results lately when not injured, gotta represent us older guys from a 50 year old who wishes he still had a DH bike, they dont even have DH races in my city since we all got on a bit and retired from racing and organising, keep the spirit alive Mate
I remember Slawomir Lukasick winning the Privateer award couple years back in EWS. Then got a deal with Canyon development team and now races for Yeti with Richie and Bex. Fairing quite well too.

While climbing at my local trails I saw Wyn blast by me on a regular bike with 5 of his friends all on e bikes. I’m decently quick so I was amazed he was just having a chill chat with them. Helped me see the level of fitness of a downhiller

Man great ep, this really got me wondering though, for a privateer how can they get funding. Possibky through crowd sourcing like patreon ? 3$ a month tosupport the groms and up and coming riders could be reasonable, but then that makes me think of riders and OF and then it just feels odd. But i do reckcon if a privateer put jt out there and has a decent fan base with some exposure like from wyn tv, they could make patron work. Hell ivenif it only covers a hotel for the week that would be an immense help. Food for thought, maybe.

i may have a a solution to the world cup issue, hear me out.
get rid of semi finals.
friday quailifing for sunday's main event, top 30 go through to sundays main event.
saturday - Last Chance Qualifiers, best of the rest. top 4 go through to sundays man event.
plus 1 wildcard entry, lets say world cup at fort william. rat boy gets a wild card invite, wildcard will still have to qualify, but they will get an open spot to sundays main event.
LCQ saturdays would be do or die, win it or bin.
making a 35 slot finals day.

Can you guys pay an audio guy to sort out your mic setup. Two guys are super quiet, one is loud. And the whole video is quieter than most videos on youtube. Its almost impossible to listen in the car because you have to blow out your speakers with one voice just to barely hear the quieter voices. I don't mean any hate, just want to be able to listen at work
More elite could make it reach larger audiences, but too elite and no-one can afford to enter the sport. I've met a few pro racers and riders at my local DH park and think its rad they are right there in the same lift line as yourself, let alone share the same chair. That's more likely a chances of even coming across a top level golfer at the local municipal course.
At the 37 minute mark, you've GOT to stop underselling the sport. When you speak, you're ONLY talking about a SINGLE exposure. The world is a massive place. Racers have got to move away from "BIKE" sponsors and "bike" teams. Focus on businesses who want to support as someone who works at what they love.
Develop a story you can market locally to your own community, your neighborhood, your state, province, etc. Everyone goes out thinking the only way to money is the World Cup. Bring in sponsors from outside the sport to your race team, no matter how small. Race promoters...get back to working local and regional BUSINESS owners to raise money for your events, teams, etc!
