Happy Mother's Day to you and all the Mother's out there. I'm a single father with two boys and I had to realize that I wouldn't be able to help build my boys up until I started with me first and its a blessing to see and hear them doing the same things as me, like working out and getting into sports. It's a journey and I'm grateful for it all.

I'm not a natural mother, but I raised a child. I poured into him even if it was during the time when I was completely broken and didn't know how to love me, I didn't know what I was doing, made mistakes but all that love became my healer when I needed it. It's like growing a tree without knowing when you will need it's shade. This spoke to me.

I have hubby supporting me and he’s a super busy entrepreneur. I’m a stay at home mother who homeschools both children 4 + 8 yr Girls!! So most time I’m “solo” parenting and it does get so hard. But you have to constantly fight inner battles, somehow it’s worth it because children are so pure and deserve the most absolute. Mothers got to be their best everyday!! And that’s a challenge itself. My partner tries to open me up on polygyny😅…bc he and I feels like it’ll help out and will have benefits esp when it comes to raising kids (you know the saying, it takes a village to raise children) just weird to think sometimes but I literally have no friends so it’s not like I’m close to any females that I can truly call a sister(s) who I trust with my kids. Anyways, as mothers we actually need help!!!

As always Vas, I heard me loud and clear; especially the part about feeling your mom loved you because it's expected....
I did not have a relationship with my Mom until I was almost 30 years young.... we finally were able to talk about my development from pre-teen into teen into womanhood and her nurturing absence in it, but, I'm glad we talked because from that day forward, I was able to tell my Mom I loved her and meant it..... I just watched her transition on January 21, 2022 and it was one of the most hurtful days of my experience called life..... Happy Mother's Day Mom, I miss and love you more than I can say....
