Nope not on her...she thoroughly combed her hair out. They were bunchung her hair instead of using rhe water snd running their finger through her hair in a downward motion.
Listen, as some who has had their hair in many different peoples heads, I’ve only ever seen matting like this happen when people do not detangle and wash their hair after braids. She brushed but she did not wash and reset her hair, their is still artificial braiding hair mixed into her natural hair that she did not get out because she did not wash and detangle prior to going to the spa. That is what caused the matting. Running water over someone’s hair and scrunching it should NEVER cause matting let alone that much.
