I have lost my cats during Covid, poisoned by neighbors . One saved my house from fire, my big boy, one, the girl, made perish all the rats from the neighborhood . They had good lives at my parents house in the village, but we were very sad with what it happened and the malicious behavior of some people around. Sorry for your loss! I am sure we made their life a little better.

My experience was the same. I had a dog who I brought home in the cold winter is of 2003 January. It was so small that I literally fed him with a milk bottle. I took care of him till 2016, and then finally the 2017 March he passed away. Tried to save him a lot but, I guess his time was up.
