Great music, never saw a pointing lab point in the whole show
Are you surprised by that?.....it's a marketing gimmick. Every guy with a lab who has seen the dog hesitate for 1-3 seconds then goes in and busts the bird is pointing its birds in their eyes.....
@@outdoorrn2980 If you would like to see pointing Labradors work, go check out Coteau View Hunts and Kennels LLC on facebook and check out some videos. You may be surprised at what you see. Labradors are no different than other breeds, some dogs do what they should and some don't. We've had numerous GSP's that needed to be whoa broke to point. The point I am making is there are good ones and bad ones, just like every other breed. All breeds are great and have a purpose but having a great natural pointing Labrador is hard to beat in our country. Anyone that has had a good one, won't own anything else. That is why we produce them to use on our guided hunts.
@@CoteauViewKennels ....sorry not impressed or surprised by what I see....... while sure some labs may point (oh boy), but if they don't, then they just hesitate for second or 2 and then bust in on the bird......Because they are heel hounds not venturing out past 30 yards in search of game, they are still within gun range. When they bust in on the bird because of the underfoot range the guys still get shooting and everybody is happy....really pointing birds be damned......it is a matter of convenience .....you would walk those birds up anyway even without the dog.
