He should be given the maximum sentence because he holds a high office. He is at the top of the food chain, he receives most of the benefits and therefore he should pay the most retribution. For JUST “business records violations”, maybe the “norm” is no jail time. For the TAX Fraud, the norm May be no jail/prison time. BUT…for the crime of Falsifying business records in the furtherance of another crime…interfering in the election process…along with BOTH of the other crimes, that makes this case STAND OUT AS *MORE* - and, because the jurors only Needed to believe Trump is guilty of at least ONE OF THOSE ISSUES, that is what elevated a “business record falsification” case to a FELONY…34 Felonies…and TRUMP has been found GUILTY of 34 FELONIES. That is what merits PRISON TIME for these crimes.
