Front left windows are dire. It's like the architect ran out of inspiration when they reached that side of the house and just tacked on a sad garage to match the windows.
It’s a strong price for the location and some of the interior design choices. Also, I’m not entirely sure that “I’m told that on a clear day you can see the Humber bridge “ is a selling point…
It could, fortunately, still be a long way from Hull. I see the Humber bridge several miles north of Driffield, on high ground. The bridge must be a good thirty miles away for that point. I would be interested to know the location of the house. My daughter lives in East Yorkshire, not too far from Hull. Edit: Checked the location of the house, North Ferriby is right next to the Humber river. I went on street view the whole village is like millionaires row.
"The perfect place for family living to have everyone together in one room" .....with THAT PICTURE above the fireplace??!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!!! lets hope no body be bringing the kids round 😮 yup , money can't buy you class.
£2.5 million for a 4 small bedroom house in Hull. Looks like a single garage, no swimming pool, sauna or jacuzzi. No annex, a small garden and very close to the neighbours either side. If this was in London then yes that would be a fair price and it is a nice house but sorry that is a plain fantasy price for the area.
The outside of this place looks like a cheap generic place of worship, the front door area looks like the elevator entrance from a hotel. £2.5 million for something that looks like it was designed by a committee of exceedingly boring people!!
Officialy known as sh** hull cause thats what it is😂 be prepared to get robbed anywhere you go lol ah and theres a werewolf there in the sewers called old stinker 😂😂
@@stevo62ful York is great, Beverley has some great pubs (will be there on Saturday) and Hull has a really cool Old Town area with great pubs and the Premier inn just across the river makes it easy to stay over night.... with free parking.
the scale is way to big for me but its ok if you want to love in a movie theater .. problem is most houses like this are just clunky and shopping channel chic with no real soul or feeling of home .

this home is perfect..
Nice presentation, lovely house!
Would expect t to get the whole of Yorkshire for that price .
LOL ~ never heard of the "Golden Triangle"?
Lol
You have to pay good money to be in the best part of the UK
Alos I would buy but the kitchen floor tiles are not bookmatched!! couldn't live with that horror!
Does it come with an inside toilet ?
That's unusual for Yorkshire.

Yup, looks like a small new town accountants office. Dire in 1970's scjool brick work!
can get a lot more house for that kind of cash :)

Striking proprety!
Beautiful home.❤
stunning
Hull is a right dive that’s too expensive 😂
Its not in Hull.
It's seven miles out of Hull thankfully. Beverley is much nicer and that will be about 15 miles away. York maybe 25 miles away.

They will likely take the picture with them. The house is still for sale. It's listed on rightmove

Кто может в них жить?Мы за двадцать с лишним лет за границей заработали только болезни.
Best part of the country. In London you would get a small flat... with FA view. Stop talking shite.
On the outside, it looks like a modern version of a church
I love her so much rather than the house...Whats her name?❤
Agness Bulstrode and she's from Cambois.
Luckily we all have different tastes, this house is ridiculous not for me. You can’t buy taste.
Shame we have no sun ever!! wasted villa. may as well buy in Spain or LA
Wow. Punchy price. Knock £1m off and in right ballpark
In Yorkshire we need to.knock 2.1 million off to sell that shite
There is a house up the road in Beverly for sale at 1.8 million, but it's not a patch on this.
Looks nice but not cosy
You could get a few asylum seakers in there
Double doors in the main bedroom and can't get out onto the balcony??? Sorry, don't like this interior. Too glitzy and monotone for me
Very Essex/Cheshire new money cringe.
The shoes be off…
😂😂😂
