That top one is a siren, and anyone putting one on their bike or car may want to check with local laws. In many places they are illegal to have in a vehicle, just as some places allow only emergency vehicles/first responder volunteers to have emergency lights mounted.

I was shopping for a louder horn for my pickup and found a 300db horn on e-bay. I found several reviews on RUclips and they all measured the db's as 120. so I decided not to buy any horns on e-bay because of that test.
It is a Federal, it is rated at 300 watts. It IS a police car unit. If they had the proper speaker(s) on it, neither one of those guys could stand there, it will damage hearing up that close.Most police cars use two 150 watt speaker horns with this unit, to utilize all the power this thing puts out.
dont know if you watch top gear mordeth, but there is a episode in it where they had the police siren sound like a cows and ice cream trucks lol. look up: top gear police car

I want to get one of the police sirens for my bike, but I don't think it will do any good, because the Taichung police ride around with theirs on all the time, and no one moves for them now....maybe a good old fashioned train whistle will work better
