Cornell townhouse 多, 平過Unionville and 10-15 mins from Kennedy and 7/markville mall. 比較新過Unionville 但係都已經發展到有10+年多。而家多咗好多香港人同埋內地人搬去嗰度因為平啲！east of Cornell rouge 有新樓起。不過如果你再想平啲近排啲人會買north of Cornell , stouffville 就平好多。自住可以，投資就麻麻哋啦！
唔近go train. Greensborough 會好啲同埋有間學校好啲mt joy.
