As for the gimbals, I'm not much of photo/video taker, but I'd rather get a gimbal than a selfie stick. Since I'm a casual user, it's a tough decision between DJI and InstaFlow. I have the DJI om6 it's absolutely brilliant...I use my new Samsung galaxy s23 phone.. when the 2 connect on Bluetooth...The zooming is the best I have ever had ...I do recommend the DJI om6..I haven't made any RUclips videos yet..but I have been practicing...Am very happy...the stabiliser is brilliant...good video

This video and all of your comments are so helpful for a newtuber. I've just been using my phone and am looking into my first gimbal for those low shots when filming an artifact. The battery life is very important to me as we can be out for 6 or so hours and I will likely be filming a lot just to learn. Really appreciate all of you for your input.
All of these gimbals will be landfill in a couple of years thanks to their non replaceable batteries, alongside my Zhiyun M2. Thus the cheapest one would be the wisest choice. For me, I’ll be purchasing DJI’s OM SE, which is a about 25% cheaper than the 6. Great review BTW.

@@atutahistar went for the aochuan smart s2. Pretty much a strong competitor to the Zhiyun smooth 5s and Hohem isteady M6. It has a 19cm extendable arm and comes with an inbuilt microphone.
I think the Hohem is much superior to the Zhiyun. The Hohem screen is really nice outdoors, where you can barely see the Zhiyun. Also, the tracking sensor is a big advantage. There is one gimbal not in this review that I also really love - the Hohem Isteady V2. Love the small size and tracking sensor. I like the DJI the least because it doesn't have the payload of the bigger gimbals, is larger then the Hohem V2 and doesnt have the tracking sensor. I think part of the reason I dont like the DJI as much is I don't end up using the built in selfie stick. I find I want something much longer. If you do use the selfie stick, the DJI is a great choice.

Most of these come with mini tripods. If you want a full sized tripod, any of them will attach to the bottom of the gimbals via the tripod plate. I have a video on this channel about my favorite lightweight travel tripods.

Another fantastic video!! I just used my Smooth 5s yesterday on a hike. Had some issues which were user error, but once I got zeroed it. WOW!! I love this gimbal!!! The only two gripes I have is the zoom wheel didn’t seem to work on the StaCam app. And on ZY cami app you have to be superrrr careful not to single click the trigger while recording. If you do the tracking freezes your video briefly and now your audio/video are horribly out of sync. Hopefully this gets fixed someday.

I went dji osmo 6 in 2024. I have a s21 ultra samsung. Works good but i think i need counter weight and deffa microphone. Only now i reliase its made for i phone basically because with android your limited to 30fps
Nice presentation, I use a vizu stabilizer but with the Gimbal Pro 2 application you can only choose the 1080pHD option and not 4K on the phone. Do you know a Bluetooth app that works for Vizu that has a 4K option?

Good question. None of these particular rigs have issues shooting wide angle, but in the Hohem, it will unless you switch to the wide angle shooting mode.
Great video! Thoughts: 1.) Zhiyun has best stabilization. The others are bad enough to wonder why you would buy them in comparison. 2.) All "Fill light" features are useless garbage that raised the MSRP. 3.) For me I'm looking upstream to bigger gimbals since my rode wireless go cant mount and audio is the most important part of video (on youtube)

Hi i need your best advice, i want to make training videos of my dog so i need it to track my dog. Wasn't too record in 60fps ideally. I use an android phone. Need a good tracker so if target is out of site and reappears it locks straight back on. I'd be recording in landscape mode. Do any of the gimbal tracking do have 360 rotation? When manually using the gimbal, which is the best for low pan shots in landscape? Please advise 🙏

How well does the magnet hold the phone? I want something to take skiing so I want something that will hold the phone snug and won't fall off easy. I also want easy to use and reliable.
Id go for an action cam like dji osmo action or gopro cause you attach it to a stick via a thread, that is the safetest but won’t have mobility of angles, but since the action cams are super wide that counters it

The question I have is related to the apps. All of these are made in China correct? Any recommendations on the gimbal with the least amount of information collected by their apps? Hohem sounds appealing if you don't even need an app, but I have heard good things about DJI overall.
I tried the DJI Osmo 6 Platinum Gray Version for the past 3 weeks with the iPhone 14 Pro Max and the app was crashing constantly, at least after each recording and sometimes freezing or crashing while recording with all footage being lost. Extremely frustrating, so maybe keep that in mind if anybody is thinking about getting it. I returned it ans got the Insta 360 instead, app works like a charm and it’s quicker to set up. The stabilisation seems to have a bit more of a learning curve to it but I am saving so much time by not having to constantly re enter into the app and it’s a relief to not be losing footage anymore!
I've watched a ton os videos and as a begginer don't know exactly what to do. I want some gear to make my first travel alone easier, so I tought about a gimbel to use to take selfie sticks and also as a tripod to make full body shots of myself without having to ask anyone to take it, so, taking all this in consideration what model would you choose? For that you dont need a gimbal... just buy a selfie stick with tripod or quadpod base. There are so many on ali express of different qualities, length and features.. . they come with wireless remote click options and some can extend over 2 meter in height as well ..

Wow es la comparativa mas completa que he visto ,me encanto , podrias hacer ina con los que sean como el hohem mt2, zhiyun crane m3, y otras marcas que tengan las mismas prestaciones respecto a usar camaras moviles o go pro? Te lo agradecería mucho . Nueva seguidora😊 y por cierto yo tengo el hohem mt2 aun que es muy grande pero viene en un estuche con todos sus acesorios y puedo usarlo con lo que necesite camara, go pro o móvil , aun que ahora solo lo uso con el móvil , pero me hustaria hacer cosas mas profesionales en el futuro por eso adquiri ese despues de ver muchos videos, pero con este video me ha convencido el insta 360 flow para llevarlo a la calle o de viaje cuando solo ise el movil :)

Hi i need your best advice, i want to make training videos of my dog so i need it to track my dog. Wasn't too record in 60fps ideally. I use an android phone. Need a good tracker so if target is out of site and reappears it locks straight back on. I'd be recording in landscape mode. Do any of the gimbal tracking do have 360 rotation? When manually using the gimbal, which is the best for low pan shots in landscape? Please advise 🙏

Id go for an action cam like dji osmo action or gopro cause you attach it to a stick via a thread, that is the safetest but won’t have mobility of angles, but since the action cams are super wide that counters it

Thank you sweetheart im an American as if that really matters i like your smooth calm delivery for purchasing a product (which i love) i also lije your home studio set up simply effective wasnt messy to me at all some other reviewers or creators are only in it for the sell of purchasing a new Gimble video shooting system and are too pushy im kinda new to the "Gimble Game" in buying or purchasing one and are on budget however i have been shooting videos for a long time just with Gimbals. So i also want to know (if can offer) which is a better Gimble for android on a budget is it with a pre-installed app or one without a installed app after buying it? thnx
The question I have is related to the apps. All of these are made in China correct? Any recommendations on the gimbal with the least amount of information collected by their apps? Hohem sounds appealing if you don't even need an app, but I have heard good things about DJI overall.
I tried the DJI Osmo 6 Platinum Gray Version for the past 3 weeks with the iPhone 14 Pro Max and the app was crashing constantly, at least after each recording and sometimes freezing or crashing while recording with all footage being lost. Extremely frustrating, so maybe keep that in mind if anybody is thinking about getting it. I returned it ans got the Insta 360 instead, app works like a charm and it’s quicker to set up. The stabilisation seems to have a bit more of a learning curve to it but I am saving so much time by not having to constantly re enter into the app and it’s a relief to not be losing footage anymore!
I’m sorry to hear that. I didn’t have any issues with the DJI app during my testing.
Out of all the DJI gimbals which can point straight down if i attach it upside down to the wiral lite? Maybe it would make a good video

I've watched a ton os videos and as a begginer don't know exactly what to do. I want some gear to make my first travel alone easier, so I tought about a gimbel to use to take selfie sticks and also as a tripod to make full body shots of myself without having to ask anyone to take it, so, taking all this in consideration what model would you choose? For that you dont need a gimbal... just buy a selfie stick with tripod or quadpod base. There are so many on ali express of different qualities, length and features.. . they come with wireless remote click options and some can extend over 2 meter in height as well ..
