Not trying be condescending, but your info is moderately wrong. Nuphy didn't design the switch, gateron has. And the pcb doesn't need to incorporate a magnet. It just the sensor. Cheers Slight edit, you did mention that they are gateron switches in the beginning. its just that you said the latter around 1:30
akshually 🤓☝ nuphy did create the first lowprofile switch in collaboration with gateron although neither gateron or nuphy are the first low profile HE board in the market.

Love it, hopefully they can reduce the travel in the future as well. Would prefer a 75% version with ISO layout, but I doubt we'll get that from Nuphy anytime soon.
Nope, keyboards of this brand have horrible latency. More than double of most gaming keyboards. I wouldn't recommend using it for gaming until Rtings test it and prove they improved their processing and latency.
@@lyere even their wired latency is subpar. I'm pointing out the general priorities of the products of the company. They historically don't hold up in terms of latency both wired and wireless.
not incorporating 2.4ghz connection is a missed opportunity for a low profile board imo. not sure why only keychron is including 2.4ghz in their HE keyboards.
I get the appeal but does anyone actually use the 2.4ghz? I've never ran my keyboards that support it over 2.4ghz bc I just leave it plugged in so I don't have to charge it. I occasionally use Bluetooth for my steam deck, but that doesn't need to be super low latency.
Thank you for such a great review. There are dozen of semi-similar, semi-scripted, boring talking heads. No bs in your well expressed thoughts. I wish NuPhy they had wireless option. Problem is, Numphy keyboards in the past had horrible latency for gaming, so there's really no performance advantage to hall effect switches here, just a potential durability benefit.

they answered your shit, 75% is out this month lol
It does feel like a low profile keyboard because the switches have the same traffel distance as the normal switch version .
