*This plugin is LEGIT!* I can vouch. I have tried it against TSE BOD, Kuassa Efektor Bass Driver, and the infamous Amplitube Ampless Bass Driver. I dialed my tone in under a minute. For a *FREE* plugin you can't go wrong!

I've just tried it - killer sound man. I was struggling to get this kind of sound even with Tonex or Helix apps. Now I just open a plugin and load a factory preset and I'm done
How’d you like it with an IR? I haven’t went direct into an IR yet, myself but i know its how many bands have used the hardware, with just a clean poweramp.

Just a quick question (I'm not a bass player😅) because it's not entirely clear: should the plugin be used without amp sim (+cab IR)? Just put it on a DI track and it's done, like here in the video? Because based on the term 'overdrive', this "should be" used together with an amp sim (+ cab IR). Or does it work as "do it the way you like the sound best"?
@@80s_kid I would say do what sounds best! In most cases, I still love sending it through a bass amp and cab, (and we have that workflow in Seismic, our bass amp plugin where we pulled this pedal from!) Back in the day though, and even now I still see a ton of people running the hardware of this thing direct, and both sound great! You could also mess around with adding some IRs directly after the pedal, and that also has a cool sound! Definitely recommend just experimenting and seeing what you can get away with!
Still didnt get what the presense nod do? Theres the blend allready there and to me it sounds just the the same with differend name. (I didnt bother to download it cause i allready have too many)

Downloaded & immediately threw it on my dirty bass track in my project in place of the old TSE BOD that I’ve been using forever. Way better! 🤘🏻

@@PetriJuuhansson-wh4zp Presence is an EQ boost in the topend, blend is a mix knob. Totally different processes🤘🏼
