We first visited Playa Flamenca in Nov/Dec 2022 and fell in love with the area. We went home to Canada, applied for our NLV and sold everything we own. We found your channel and followed with great interest. We now live in Punta Prima (soon to be La Zenia). I love how it wasn't long ago that we were watching your videos with interest about new areas and now we watch them with recognition of places we know. We would definitely come to a 10K party....I feel like you were a part of our journey! Thanks for your video.
Great update lots of places me and wifey visit when we come out, we love Leonards, bao zai and we recently did the mini golf as well and good old rockys bar is a fab for our lunch breaks.... Shame we are stuck in rainy ☔ Scotland
Interesting update thanks - apart from Milk & Honey, have always visited there in the evening. Many of the commercial centres, including Villamartin Plaza tend to be more of an evening venue - daytime perhaps most are at the beach or the pool. Hadn’t ventured to the top floor, so have noted the steakhouse and the Asian restaurant for future 👍

I’m coming there next week, been looking for a property here in Estapona, prices are going through the roof, I just don’t think it’s worth the money, this place is over rated, I’m hoping to find a cheaper better property up there.

My first visit to Playa Flamenca was in 2007 it must have changed somewhat since then .Also La Florida and the Emerald Isle.
Did that place with the bistro upstairs not open up last year as Blakes steakhouse? Wasn't long coming and going.
