    I often use a bike-jersey (short sleeve), a size bigger than the one I use for biking.
    Its got great pockets amd can be more or less zipped up/down.

    In Europe the buff is more a fashion item among trail runners than really being used. Most people just wear it around the neck, even if it is not cold

    *Could have used this video when I did a 100K last month and my previous longest race was 800m...*
    _Still recovering from multiple injuries to both my feet._ 🦶
    Video saved in case I can ever run again lol.

      @@moustaphabaya7887 yeah was actually listening to him. Got my first injuries on mile 18-20. Listening to him got me to 56 mile mark! Long story short, both my Apple watch and iPhone batteries dying at the end didn't help either. Was trying to charge them up so I could get motivated. It sucked!

    • @moustaphabaya7887
      @moustaphabaya7887 5 лет назад +1

      TraumaER but you gotta embrace the suck tho! 😂😂 Awesome man! Now once you recover, just go slow and build up a base so you can run long term and maybe one day even prepare for a 100k properly hahahha have you got a Strava?

    • @TraumaER
      @TraumaER 5 лет назад +1

      @@moustaphabaya7887 yeah my biggest issues were not carrying a large enough backpack and not running faster in the beginning. Once it got dark, I couldn't see anything and that is where I had to drop out. No lights, my eyes failing me, no moonlight, no stars = hell.

      TraumaER ah man! Should’ve carried a headlamp! Good luck for your future in running!

    I love The Run Experience and how much they have contributed to the running comunity but don't buy into the UCan hype. I get it they need sponsors but you're basically paying $10.00 for a quarter cup of cornstrach. Go to the store by a box (organic if preferred) for $2.50 add to your water with whatever flavor you like if you want a you can add a touch of zanthun gun to keep it for seperating. It's 1/6 of the cost, same nutrition value.

      Corn starch?

    • @EffigiesReign
      @EffigiesReign 2 года назад

      @@CS-ww3bs yes, that is exactly what Ucan is. They call it "Super Starch but on ingredients it is listed a modified corn starch, (or corn flour depending on what part of the world your in.) That's it. Side by side the nutritional value is exactly the same.

    If you're consuming adequate protein on a regular basis then the "window" is mostly irrelevant.
