I was an atheist for 4 years because of these exact questions. The concept of God didn’t make sense to me because I found it contradictory when God said that He is Raheem and Jabbaar. But He showed me hidayah again and saved me from hell by clearing my questions. I pray that this brother also gets his answers and comes back before it’s too late. Ameen

These are very common questions from Sceptics. The *Maturidi* and *Ash'ari* School of Though already ANSWERED these QUESTIONS more than a 1000 years ago when they debunked Greek Philosophy. Unfortunately we don't read those rational theological books 📚
The two people who have replied to you perhaps think that the whole Muslim ummah has the similar intellect level that they have got, majority can not even answer basic questions let alone satisfying the queries the gentlemen in this video has asked.
Question the pre suppositions in their argument and it falls flat. The guy was unnecessarily making things confusing and complicated.
@@uchihaitachi7744 I don't think the reason for his questions was to seek knowledge. He already made his mind up that he will not accept the truth. Even the prophet (PBUH) was told by Allah in Quran that don't feel dishearted ,your job is to deliver the message and it's me (Allah) who gives hidayat to the person. No one can guide anyone to the right path accept Allah and it is Allah who can guide or misguide a person. Allah knows who seeks guidance and who is arrogant so he treats him accordingly.

Salamun Alaikum! I’ve been reading the Quran and its explanations on a deeper level for quite sometime, and I was stuck by the first question that this guy asked. Since I am a believer, I was angry on myself that why such doubts regarding the existence of my Lord coming to my mind. I thought of asking all these questions to my brother who himself studies Quran. As a believer, I asked Allah to guide me through these questions and enlighten me about His existence. I made dua’a to Him to make me understand these abstract and deeper concepts which are the foundation stones of our Imaan. Also, Allah encourages a curious spirit therefore I was really looking forward to ask these questions to someone who is a Muslim intellectual and well-informed about Quran so that he can satisfy my questions on the basis of Quran and other proofs by Allah. Walllllaaaaaaahi, I did not search anything regarding these questions on the internet and neither had asked my brother when this video suddenly popped up in my feed! It is said that you come closer to Allah 1 step and He will come 10 steps, I literally felt that. When Dr Adeem answered the last question and I understood it very well, it was like Allah speaking through him to clear my doubts, as in a Physics class a teacher explains some equation to me and I was like ‘Eureka!’ Instantly I fell into sajdah on my bed, Alhamdullilah! Such a marvellous discussion. Allah literally talks to you and responds, guys, believe me! Always ask Allah to make your Imaan stronger by clearing any doubts. Even angels asked questions to Allah on the creation of Adam AS and He answered them. It is extremely important to ask questions to satisfy your soul’s quest for Truth, Haq! I am def going to listen to this podcast again and again. Thank you Dr Adeem from the bottom of my heart and I look forward to more discussions through the methods of critical inquiry which would satisfy the intellectual thirst of the believers of this century. Jazakallah Khair. Lots of love and respect from India.

This was an old discussion and answered a lot of things. Listening to Sahil for the last couple of years have been really fruitful for me. I’m sure he’s impacting others in a similar way, especially the youth.

Do more sessions like this one. I am sure people will learn more from this discussion than any lecture that they can listen. The way the discussion went about cleared so many doubts in minds of so many people. JazakAllah for wonderful answers. May Allah reward you for such effort and enable you to do even more in future.
The debator's main problem is:
"How do we believe in just about anything that's being said in the Qur'an and Hadiths, and where is the solid proof that is reliable enough to believe all these things (like the day of judgment) are actually going to happen how they are said they will?"
This is like being in a system, we all are and we know it. The world we're living and breathing in, this is the system. A human being in a system wants to know what's this game all about, how do I play it right and win in it. Like if you're put in the middle of New York, with a job that pays 200K a year, you want to know what the laws of that society are, how to do the job right, what kind of financial management should you do, so by the time of retirement you can have a million dollars in your bank, and you can spend the rest of your life in peace.
Who's going to answer all these questions for you? The makers and maintainers of that system. The American constitution. Following their answers will ensure you the million dollar retirement.
This is what this man's and a lot of intelligent people's search is. Some of them are even deeper in their search, and they want to know whether if this is a system or not. So the real matter of this whole search, revolves around two quests:
- Is this, where we are, really a system we're put into and can perform in to win and lose, or is it just a flook of nature set to run and expire in time? Happened by it's own, and happening on it's own?
- If this is the system, who's the maker of it all, where are the rules to play this game, and what's the assurity?
To write the shortest answer for both:
- As Sahil bhai has said, this kind of an incredible, the most sophisticated algorithm, can not be a flook. This, for a conscious mind, is plain to see. If it was a flook, it should happen often. But often, you won't see a small garden with 3 shrubs happening on its own, even that needs a gardener to maintain and run it. Without a doubt, there is a maintainer, and creator of this universal garden. There is a system.
- When looking for the makers of it, we will look back at the records of the world that we know of, and people before us have known of. And we will see certain people came and claimed to be prophets. They talked about rules of this game. This whole system. It's beginning, it's end. Nowhere or nobody else did have these conversations or missions. Going by data, that is the only set of data we have to look at. It all flows to Qur'an. The whole series of prophet. The directions in books towards Qur'an. All of it is like a river in time, flowing into this ocean that Islam is. The last set of data that claims to have been from the creator, acknowleding and connecting with all the data in past. This is all there is. And this is really the best there can be. Better than this would be an angel coming down at my door and telling me: "Hey, this is a system, have this, this is the rulebook, just follow these rules to win."
A deducing mind can hence reduce navigate and understand why this book, this particular prophet and this particular religion is the last one to have come with this solid lineage. Kind of a generational message being passed down and down and down to us. Even this cannot be a coincidental organization. Or even if it is, it is the best one mankind has. To reject it, is to say I'll find better rulebook to this system, there's another organization that has left clearer messages and instructions. Then find me that. There is none. Create it. You can't. Take it, read it, and see if it connects with the chemistry, psychology, and the physics of the being you are. It will.
Once it does, perform in this system according to the makers' instructions. That is, if you want to win in the game you're put. If you want to wander and are okay with losing it, not ever knowing what it is, or being in a limbo for the remaining of your years. No need to search. We have RUclips, Netflix, easy ways to earn a living. Life is chill. Enjoy. But losers lose. And in any system you're put into, to care for you, I would say strive to be a winner.

It is absolutely not about defeating anyone. U took it so wrong. It is about bringing the lost ones on the right path but as per their own understanding and cognitive levels and all levels of their conscientiousness on all their levels of acceptability.

To all the atheist brothers & sisters, I would like to tell you, first read History, Physics, Chemistry, Biology & Arabic , then you are gonna understand Al-Quran rationally.
1. He created us knowing that before because he wanted to be loved, to forgive, to see humanity, love and respect and he has given us the chance to change our destiny.
2. We have to respect him because he let us grow knowing that we will disobey him He is with us from the start, he fed us, helped us and now we are grown this much that we can question about him.
3. This world is just a single phase of life your soul will grow and develop after death, and you will get to know that he is not like us, and he loves justice and can only do justice (even though we can put this limit on him as he is the god).

After watching this All Discussion, I salute Sahil Adeem for his humility and knowledge of how beautifully he described everything. My Simple Answer to all the atheists is that if you didn't understand after this all. You are just lazy and don't believe the hard work, and you are the people who want to sit and enjoy this world and life. But don't want to do anything. We all created for Jannah; this is very clear, but even in this world, when you wish for something and then work hard and achieve that success and someone who didn't want to won't have the same feelings. Its Nature of Human that to wish to get it by search or hard work.

99% of muslims today wont be able to answer this "why" to a non-muslim. if they cant explain the 'why' other than just being born into a muslim family then 99% of muslims are just lucky to be muslims? If they were born into a christian family then these blind-followers would keep on with christianity right because every religon thinks tthey are perfect. If pakistani muslims just utter some arabic words in namaz which they dont even know the meaning of, what type of muslims we are? If we cant answer why we are muslims, then are we really muslims or blind followers of a religon we were just born into? We should be able to answer the 'why' question.

Questions like these occur when a person hasn’t read enough. He didn’t know evolution or cosmology or contingency argument. He didn’t know Quran. Once he reads, all these questions would disappear. I used to think like him. Until I read Quran with meaning, read science, looked around. Quran is undeniable and even that sentence doesn’t do justice to how great Quran is. Also another reason these questions arise is lack of knowledge in local imams. Local imams are unfortunately only focused on character related things, no science no philosophy, they teach Quran like it’s a spell, no meaning is taught. When that Imam is educated then these questions will automatically disappear.

It was a very good discussion and it's really something missing from our society, i.e. critical thinking and discussion, and maintaining respect of the opposition. Although there could be better arguments from Sahil sahib, yet his concepts of Allah taala having material form, prohibited such arguments. Hope he revises and refines his ideas further.
