not necessarily, yes mistakes need to be cut out, and if you consistently make them, it needs to be addressed. And it does - Eriksen was a personal mistake, but my biggest grievance is leaving the back post unmarked. We do this too often.
but to missing chances, no. If you are consistently making chances, whether you are finishing them or not, you cannot be bad at football. you are doing something right.
I feel like United as a club is like a striker who is going through a goal drought. Sometimes all you need is a few goals, and then they start coming.

The game isn't a cup final. There is 32 games left to play in the league. People often say "must win" or "have to win" when they mean "want to win". Yeah, winning tomorrow would be better but its not must win. Beating Spurs 10-0 is good, but it doesn't mean much if the team goes on an loses the next 5 games. Fans invest way too much in a single league game.
