In complete agreement with everything. This creation without question looks more like building it exists for the sake of it (claiming the top titles), not for the pure enjoyment nor profit of it. I’m very eager to see how successful this will be, when I saw the track layout the first thought that came to mind was maintenance nightmare and if this coaster is actually sustainable, for how long? I don’t see this coaster being taken down and relocated to somewhere else but it’ll certainly be interesting to see a few years later where this all goes.
I'd guess the most likely scenario is halfway between yours and a normal one. If their goal is to have a record breaking ride, part of that is the impression that it works - they don't care about capacity but it would look bad if it was SBNO (and if it's government funded the country would look bad). Conclusion: They'll probably run it by the clock, dispatching one train every hour, or maybe one in the morning, one at noon, and one in the evening, or something like that. If they send, say, one train every day at noon, they maximize the length of time it's an operational record breaking ride. They've probably heard of TT2, and will run it the minimum amount that the public sees as valid, with one train in use and maintaining the others being nationally important to the country. Rather than try to ride it, people will try to photograph a rare non-scheduled run when somebody important for a trade agreement is brought to the park.
I don’t know if you have mentioned this in the video yet but, with the lsm boost into the massive airtime hill, what would happend if it valleyed would they launch it backwards to the top because it had a tone of speed going into the boost and they couldn’t just launch it from before the drop I don’t think.
The LSM section in question is indeed both a block zone and self recovery mechanism. Intimin does this on ALL of their latest multi-launch rides. If the LSM does not have enough power complete the course, it will swing launch until it can complete the course. Think Pantheon.
It makes sense. I feel like a lot of uber wealthy people people are super wasteful with their money. They probably don’t really care if the ride is able to last a year.
Ive said this before but remember when Randy Johnson threw that pitch and it killed the pigeon that flew in its trajectory? Whats going to happen if a bird flies into the trajectory of the roller coaster? Someone can die. I was surprised the train was open air at those speeds
Fail? No chance that will happen. This ride is already a success. Just about everyone that has no chance of riding it has been talking about it since day one.
A great example of this is Ain Dubai, the standing, but not operating tallest Ferris Wheel in the world. It has the record, but you can't ride it. And if you can't ride it, what's the point? I feel like the main problem will be the same thing all the other uae parks have they will price out locals and tourists see Dubai as a expensive holiday thats without even mentioning the awful human rights or the fact gay people basically have to pretend to be straight and you are left with a park that is considered a hassle at best or dangerous at worse for certain groups
@ no I did ride it. My husband is a prince in Saudi and I got to ride it last week. 🥰 it is ready to go. All the construction footage is fake because Saudi wants you guys to keep talking and doubting but jokes on you, cuz it’s lit
I would actually agree with this, the ride itself doesn't seem like it even has enough speed to get over the big hill. I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't. The operating speed and length would eat wheels like breakfast. There are reasons why Kingda Ka and such are so short. But this ride may not operate very much or very often keeping wheels in tact and maintenance to a minimum. It remains to be seen though and maybe we'll be surprised if it's something that actually works and is operational. Very excited to find out.
There is no way this ever runs regularly. The heat cycles alone will eat wheels like crazy, let alone the sand and duration/pace of the ride. If you think TT2 had problems, this with be on another level.
I'm not so sure it will be the maintenance nightmare its heavily predicted to be, lessons will of been learned from Kingda Ka, Top thrill...take a look at Red Force for example, technology has moved on and whilst Saudi does have effectively unlimited money for this project I doubt that they intend to build a showcase attraction to attract visitors around the world only for them to find its SBNO. Lets not forget, they haven't employed some micky mouse company here, Intamin are a premium manufacturer in the world of rollercoasters. Will this be a commercial failure? highly likely...the reality is that Saudi Arabia has evolved as a country but peoples opinions of it haven't. Look at the parks in Dubai/Abu Dhabi for example, absolutely stunning world class parks with some world class attractions yet they are deserted 90% of the time and Dubai/Abu are very popular tourist destinations...Saudi Arabia definitely is not.
good points The hydraulic launch is also a major part of the problem for kingda ka. Of course top thrill 2 has proven to be a nightmare with lsms as well. I would argue that intamin is just as ambitious as Saudi in a way and would be the only manufacturer to take on such a crazy risk. It’s tough to say they’ve learned when no coaster has ever been even close to the size of FF though. Seriously one of the most anticipated openings in a very long time, possibly ever.
Those Arabian always go for bigger. Thats just how they operate. From a purest perspective seeing them hold all 3 records is kinda lame. They just do whatever it takes, just get the records.
This needs to work for at least a couple of years not become a pr desaster. Doesn't need to function well i agree with you there. So As an enthousdiiast i would advise to wait until you "know" it will ride and do a last minute booking and hope for the best. Bu at least try to make it in the first 2 years. The second year or later in the first year is probable me best bet.
Who is gonna go to the middle of the desert for this park. I wonder if the pest situation is gonna be terrible. Especially with the scorpions, snakes and spiders.
Nobody in this comment section will ever ride this which sucks If the ride is not runni g or down a bunch and rarley runs i feel the records are not valid. Records are only valid if it runs.
I was researching The Line after putting the video out and I didn’t realize the amount of trouble their “biggest project” was facing. Either way the royal families in the Middle East sure do get away with a lot.

@ Less than 10 years ago, women could not drive in the country. That only changed in 2017. Also, 2017 was the year women were finally allowed to access government services, like healthcare and education, without the consent of a male. Also, until 2017 women could not enter sports stadiums.
I don’t agree. Sure, Saudi Arabia is going all out on the global stage, but the main goal with projects like this is to boost tourism...not necessarily to make money off it but to get people to come, enjoy, and spread the word about how amazing it was. Specifically, how amazing Saudi Arabia was. Saudi has a major image problem that they are rapidly trying to change. If Falcon’s Flight ends up just sitting there closed half the time, it would be a huge embarrassment, especially in a world where one bad TikTok could go viral and trash the experience. They have the money and resources to keep this coaster running, and they’re definitely going to make sure it does.

I feel like the main problem will be the same thing all the other uae parks have they will price out locals and tourists see Dubai as a expensive holiday thats without even mentioning the awful human rights or the fact gay people basically have to pretend to be straight and you are left with a park that is considered a hassle at best or dangerous at worse for certain groups
do the records stick if the coaster is inoperable? Kinda defeats the purpose of going for the record.
I want you to whisper in my ear that it’ll be alright whenever I’m angry 🙏🙏🙏
I rode this ride and it is THE BEST COASTER EVER!!!
🧢😂
@ huh?
@ no I did ride it. My husband is a prince in Saudi and I got to ride it last week. 🥰 it is ready to go. All the construction footage is fake because Saudi wants you guys to keep talking and doubting but jokes on you, cuz it’s lit
Nice whats ur husbands name@@NickiMinajIsCancelled
@@NickiMinajIsCancelled Ya bullsht and no one wants to go to your SHITHOLE of a country that uses slave labor unless they are retarded!!!
Larger wheels could mitigate the wear and tear. It looks like it has extra large wheels.
Gonna get so rough so quick, I don’t know why I just have a feeling it will
You forgot to thrill 4
(Coming in 2030)
There is no way this ever runs regularly. The heat cycles alone will eat wheels like crazy, let alone the sand and duration/pace of the ride. If you think TT2 had problems, this with be on another level.
すごい😆⤴

Your advice hits harder right now with the current situation of kingda ka. Thank u for leaving this comment!
So many experts here sitting on the couch .. interesting.
The top of the cliff sucks so bad its like someone hit auto compleate and just went yer cool
It does add to the coaster’s runtime lol
I fell asleep during this video. The perfect cure for insomnia.
Long live Kingda Ka
@@ajtopia long live the king of coasters
Who is gonna go to the middle of the desert for this park. I wonder if the pest situation is gonna be terrible. Especially with the scorpions, snakes and spiders.
I wonder if they get sand storms in that area?
good video but i hope you're wrong about the downtime
Nobody in this comment section will ever ride this which sucks
If the ride is not runni g or down a bunch and rarley runs i feel the records are not valid.
Records are only valid if it runs.
What is "orgin"
A concept beyond human understanding
bro thought lsm is the same as the dragsters cable launch
480p video in 2024. ???
Sorry I’m not a tech person, is there a problem with that??
The maintenance on this will be massive (time and money).
Another Mohammed Bum Salami vanity projects
I was researching The Line after putting the video out and I didn’t realize the amount of trouble their “biggest project” was facing. Either way the royal families in the Middle East sure do get away with a lot.
0:50 orgin
@snoleopard u spelt it wrong it’s or i gin
I wont trust the maintenance of this guy
I love your voice
Hip hip hoorah, record goes back to the USA🇺🇸
Is this what is actually gonna happen or this is what you WISH to happen?
This video is supposed to bring awareness / coverage on the more negative side of this coaster. It’s not supposed to be wishing good or bad. The video is speculation as well, so this is what I THINK will happen based off of what I see.
I think some of it thier love for 90s american culture. And tbe "roller coaster war" was peak 90s america

Should be testing any day
just a money pit in all its glory its all gonna fail
Sadly I think you have hit the nail on the head.
Will women and gay people be allowed to ride it?
dude women have long been allowed to have rights in saudi arabia this isnt dubai
dunno bout gay people though
@ Less than 10 years ago, women could not drive in the country. That only changed in 2017. Also, 2017 was the year women were finally allowed to access government services, like healthcare and education, without the consent of a male. Also, until 2017 women could not enter sports stadiums.
@ okay, doesnt prove anything still have rights
@@wahnanarev It proves how backward the country is in how it treats women. You said, “women have long been allowed to have rights.” They have not.
@@wahnanarev What rights?
It doesn’t really matter cuz I don’t care about it either way
I don’t agree.
With a few trillion and slave labor, you can build anything.
I actually read a disturbing article about the amount of worker deaths throughout neom projects
@@MaxThrills Yeah, people are really sheltered and have no idea how evil the world is. What is more important is getting all 300 genders correct.

You're only saying Falcons Flight will fail because a 640ft Rollercoaster isn't being built in The United States, and You're Jealous!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣‼️ BTW, Intamin alone has developed a Wheel Tread Composite that will Definitely Withstand the Heat, and Friction of a Rollercoaster Train traveling 155mph or faster under Certain Weather Conditions!! Those LSM Launches are going to have equipment to keep them from overheating. Intamin Isn't Stupid!!
NO it must fail as long as it in that SHITHOLE of a country that employs SLAVE LABOUR we want it to fail cause that SHITHOLE does not deserve it!!!
Its going to fail it needs to fail its built by slave labor in a SHITHOLE country!!!
Im booking my ticket. =)
you video is a fail dude what a non sense
how stupid of an analysis 😅 gosh
If I had unlimited money, I wouldn’t be going for the height or speed records, as those are maintenance headaches to deal with. Instead, I would focus on length. Toss a proven company like B&M a couple hundred million to build a three-mile ride focusing on sustained floater, as reliability and comfort are more important than insane ejector over a seven-minute ride.
I absolutely love this. Now to add to that where would this coaster be built?
@MaxThrills Massive B&M giga focused on speed and floater, possibly with two lifts? It has to be somewhere with mountains. How about Dollywood?
