EC gave a substantial number of interviews worldwide during the Journeyman period/tour.....this is simply a very polite yet warm interview; really nice from both gentleman.
The guy interviewing Eric reminds me of the Saturday Night Live Sketch when "Chris Farley" interviewed Paul McCartney.
Thank you Eric
Great artist 1❤😊❤❤❤❤
Eric the love of my life❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
This is a really pleasant interview!
I took a screenshot of Eric holding the Beano album at 2:42. It’s a cool interview with the age difference and the generation difference. Eric is complex and to see the intensity in his eyes and expression during this period of his life is a story of survival. Tears in Heaven and Connor’s loss would be fast approaching.
Eric just cringed (and so did I) when this guy said "George Harris"
How nervous would you be?
Lighten up. George Harris wrote some good tunes.
Grand artiste
Good interview
First time I hear him acknowledge Jimmy Page
Why should he, Page couldn't carry his guitar strap.
Not in the same Stratosphere as Clapton.
@@robmorrison1043don’t be daft
@2:29 Clapton looks pissed. Hilarious, But I give him credit......the guy interviewing him (did he say George HARRIS @ 0:46 AND "crawled on stage" @ 1:51???) was too green to interview a musician of Clapton's caliber. But let's just take a minute to admire his look??? Gorgeous.
If this is countdown then where's Richard and Carol?
Barry Swords home
That young man needs to work on his interviewing technique; he's very unsteady.
It was in 1989 but he'll be thankful for your advice.
And what has he done since? Just curious......
justafanintexas he's interviewing eric clapton I'm sure he's nervous!
he doesnt look like nervous
Not the best of Eric Clapton interviews terrible to say the least
Clapton is God!!
"Nah, I'm Jesus."
He would have hated the Beano stunt, anything to remind him of the past
