The close all those orange gates between 10PM and 4 AM, but what happens in case of a fire? The people are trapped then.
As far as I know every Barangay in the Philippines have 24 security from "Barangay Tanod" (Village Police) They're are responsible for gates and entrances like those. They do roving around the area and gate keeping.
