A lot of intermittent electrical problems can be fixed by applying a generous amount of dielectric grease to all your connections before plugging them back together.
Grain cart driver is just as important as combine driver, truck driver or mechanic. Everyone has to know their job and how it affects everyone else. You all seem to work very good together.
First time I've stumbled upon one of your videos. I am REALLY impressed. Well edited, you explain clearly and super easy to grasp and you feel so comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera. Hayden your channel has a great potential! Keep up the great work and thanks for the content! Greetings from Sweden
Love your videos and the views yall get out there looks awesome 👌🏼 ever since a kid ive always dreamed about working for a custom harvester because i love traveling and nothing gets me more excited than harvest action😄 saw your previous video on the x9 that thing was awesome. Gained a subcriber here🙌🏼
These people must have some serious acres to warrant that many combines. And it's making some serious bushels. Dibs sure wanted to chase that rabbit!!!
Do John Deer’s have a battery disconnect? With our Case and Massey Ferguson combines, when it came to electronic issues, if all else fails we shut down the combine and disconnect the batteries for about 5 minutes then restart and things generally were fixed.
Thanks for explaining the logistics of grain cart operations. Those yields of 90 bushels plus seem to be pretty good. Are the windfarms located on this farms property? Do you know if the owner collects annual lease payments from the windfarm operator?
That auto steer issue probably has something to do with you reception I think, my very near neighbor is an expert at it Thats what he does for a living, John Deere. Great video. John T. Let me know if you need his help, 20 yards away.
Dibs messed with the wiring, he wanted to chase rabbits lol. Ran graincart 1 yr,it isn't rocket science...but there is a science to every task if you want to be efficient. Also dont let a combine newbie cut your cart tire (only happened once due to the yelling from the farmer lol). Lots of vibration on a combine, try dielectric grease in your plug. Combine is called cauhm-bine for westerners , eastern is cumbine..learned quickly from Ga working in Colorado 😂.
How do you get paid? By the acre plus per bushel? If so how do you keep track of who did what when there are you have 2 combines and there are other combines/operators in the same field
Grain cart driver is MVP on the team. Can make or break a operation!!!
We are so proud of Cody! Known him his entire life - you’re lucky to have him on your team!

The ac squeaks sometimes because the bearing in the blower motor is starting to go out that’s why it’s loud sometimes
Harvest is best time of the year, that is when weather is favourable and equipment works. Story or farming really.

Hayden, you are one intelligent young man. Thank you for your grain cart tips too! I hope your electronics are working better today!

So how many hours do those rigs run before you refresh them with new ones? years?

Normally we get paid by the acre, yield if it is over X amount of bu, and trucking it to the elevator. Every combine has a acre counter on it.
Hayden, before you graduated high school, were you home schooled so you could continuing helping with harvest?
No, mom was the school nurse and after I graduated we went on harvest full time
@@HaydenOnHarvest I see. Are you currently attending any postsecondary education?
A/c is doing that because the belt is slipping slightly 😊
Those hills have to be big
Hayden, a city boy wants to know why the wheels on your grain cart are off set? Thanks
Thank you..... makes sense@@rightsideofthegrass8114
Allows it to walk over bumps.
Did you teach him that it's always the grain cart driver's fault
😂😂
How many more acres of wheat do you have left?
What part of ND are you What is the nearest town
