I loved Micheals stories and the way he expresses them. This was meaningful to me as i lost my father recently. The grief transformed me. It was like being broken to pieces, but when it came to building myself back again, i felt i needed less pieces to make myself whole.

In recorded history, all clashes have been "story vs story", based on a fundemental principle of " lets get them befor they get us" even way befor new world discoveries took place, of course, exacerbating that syle of clash leading to genocide etc. Fast foward to today, the only difference is the potency of the " remedy", whether it be hot war or pharmacy " solutions". Many of the beliefs which gave most cultures their sense of identity are also rapidly disappearing leaving behind objective rational reasons for that identity, leaving individuals with anxieties beyond their level of awareness, such as a feeling of abandonment. This is part of a natural paradigm shift., totally predictable as all the other shifts in history.
