Western should leave Africa. French troops should remain French and in France. Africa need its own independ army. Any country that doesn't host African troops in their territory should NOT have an African countries hosting its troops. The problem is that the African people doesn't know that they are still colonized with the help of their leaders. There were no terrorist groups 50 years ago. They sprang up in subsequent years. They caused mayhem causing fear and panic. Interesting part, they occurred only in areas of interest. Areas which were either rich in minerals or in energy. The Western countries rushed to help out the affected countries. They sent their troops to help out the affected country. In reality, these troops were there to ensure the control of the country's resources. In effect, this was colonization in a different garb. African countries are right to boot out foreign forces and shape the destiny of their countries themselves.

In Africa, British troops are present in Djibouti, Kenya, Malawi, Mali, Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Somalia.
There are five bases/training facilities in Kenya, including the Kifaru Camp, which is part of the BATUK at the Kahawa Barracks in Nairobi.
The presence of America , France and Europe in Africa will ensure migrant and immagrant rule in America ,Europe and France......

Those working on infrastructure, have they consulted with the nation's leaders or people about what is needed in their nation?
