I ordered a 2022 Bighorn from the factory 2 weeks ago. Going to be a long wait but definitely worth it, IMO. I went with the Hemi, with 4:10 anti spin rear, 220 alt, bed utility group, Level C interior, 5 pass. buckets, Night Edition in Delmonico Red, off road pkg, premium lighting, 12" display, and sunroof, all for 68k out the door. Price included my state sales tax @ 7.25%, licensing, and state doc fee. I have to drive 720 miles from my home to pick it up, but I get most of the bells and whistles without the added price. Trucks in my area that are similar are going from 75 to 85k, before dealer add on, finance fees etc., and without many of the options I'm getting on my truck. I paid cash, it saves thousands of dollars. Jim Doran Chrysler Ram Jeep in McMinnville, OR.

Stumbled upon this video this morning. A little late to the party but.... I have a 21 big horn 3500. Let me tell you the difference is astounding when it comes to options. Perhaps it's because I'm in Canada who knows... the truck has pretty much all the options the laramie has Aside from the 12" screen. It has the led group. Parking Sensors. All cameras. Console with all options. Power group etc etc etc however its a 6.4 but being a 3500 has twice the bed carrying capacity due to that motors lighter weight and the leaf springs in back. Great videos ben very informative and helped greatly in my search.

I've upgraded the headlights to Morimoto LEDs, just need to install them as the Halogen's suck butt... :) I wish I had a rear slider window, but other than that, It's perfect and not worth the 8-9k. I agree 100% that the Bighorn is the better value and if you want the leather seats you can get them from your Ram dealer for a fraction of the difference. Me personally I am looking at getting the “poor mans” Power Wagon with the Tradesman and the power wagon package. I don’t need super heavy towing and IMO the tradesman looks better than the Powerwagon for a fraction of the price. All in about $54-55k.

Maybe compare a bighorn with the level 2 appearance package. With the bighorn you can also get the rear heated power window, led appearance package, my entertainment system in my big horn is the exact same that's in a Laramie! I couldn't justify almost $10,000 for vented leather seats and some minor upgrades. You need to compare apples to apples!

@@rigging1377 All truck manufacturers and almost all manufacturers of any kind have a foreign influence in them.. I don’t agree with that but I blame the US government for allowing that to happen. I’m old enough to remember back in the 70s and 80s with all these companies started moving overseas and it was a damn shame and it never should’ve been allowed to go on but it did...

@@leedanielson7452 I have a 19 Ram 1500, I’m trading it in because I need a little more for my camper. I looked at the Ram and seen it was made in Mexico, I will not support that! I’m going with Ford because they’re still made in the United States.
I understand about having materials brought in that we don’t have, but to have the vehicle assembly outside our country is wrong and won’t support.
