This was my first computer growing up. I used to play with the Welcome CD and watch the demos all the time. I remember all of the promos by heart and even became a fan of Ty Herndon’s “Living In a Moment” music video that plays in the VAIO Space.
My family's first PC! I was 9 years old. I actually upgraded the RAM when I was 10! My mom's friend from work took me to a computer trade show at the local high school... I so vividly remember that. It changed my life. He helped me pick out the right memory. Back then, it was all SIMM, had to be installed in pairs. I believe the system originally had 32MB and I upgraded it to 96MB. it was SO much faster. I remember how quickly it booted up! I was so happy.. My games played much smoother (that was the original point). The next year or two, I upgraded to a 3dfx Voodoo 3 graphics card. PCI (no AGP if I recall). I learned so much, and I wasn't even in Jr high school yet!! Life changing machine Thanks for the upload!!!
I am begging you when is part 2 coming out? This is my ENTIRE childhood flooding back I need the sequel badly. This is pure nostalgia hitting dopamine for me no drug can come close to this trip down memory lane. I need to find this pc badly.
Dude. It's been 20 years since I last saw that GUI and everything. That was my first PC ever. Tons of nostalgia flooded me. Waiting for part two!
