You need to wait at least 6 months to change your piercing. I waited 6 months and it still got infected so I would wait even longer. The piercing place was totally valid in rejecting you from changing it

ellie needs to have her nose piercing for 6 months before she changes it. it can get badly infected if she changes it early.
it doesn’t make sense to me why you guys let her get piercings if she doesn’t know how to properly take care of them or listen to the piercing instructions. it’s a waste.
when she got her belly button pierced, not only did she rip it out, she continued to wear high waisted jeans and things which only irritates your piercing.
this is coming from someone who has 13 piercings, nose and belly button included
not to mention she’s wearing jewelry from claire’s? that’s another way it’s gonna get infected lol.
Everyone’s so against Claire’s but there’s so many stories of tattoo shop piercing getting infected and not healing verses a Claire’s piercing. We are one of them. I’ve heard of a handful more. I was a Claire’s person until someone else convinced me a shop is better. It wasn’t! 😬
@@KP-nk7fo i have my lobes pierced from claire’s and haven’t had problems. if you reread my comment, i never said anything about getting piercings from claire’s, just that the jewelry is bad, because it is.
jewelry from claire’s is notorious for causing infections, keloids, and turning skin green because it’s not made from real metal.
Although I agree it doesn’t last and can turn green i’m 29 and have been using Claire’s jewelry since 8. The real deal surgical steel crap infected my kids ear and didnt heal it up. So I can’t agree with you there.

ellie i also got a keloid after getting my nose pierced but i used tee tree oil on a q tip and cleaned it as many times a day as i remembered it went away
TEA TREE OIL FOR THE KEYLOID!! Dab it on a qtip and clean it

As someone who has 10 piercings be careful with your piercing Ellie. Just some advice as tempting as at may be don’t mess with your piercings, your only irritating it and running a risk for it to get infected. Soak your piercings with saline solution, don’t just rub it. This helped me out so much when I had a piercing bump on my nose. You might think your piercing is healed because it doesn’t hurt but it isn’t. Don’t change it out be patient with it. Don’t get piercing jewelry from Claire’s, there cheap. Piercing are a responsibility and as fun as they may be you have to properly take care of them. Hopefully this helps ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
ELLIE DO NOT CHANGE YOUR NOSE RING IF YOU HAVE KELOID!! Also you need to know what gauge your piercer pierced you with before you change it so you know what size will fit. The gauge sizes are usually 20, 18, or 16.
should do a shein video, maybe switching styles for a week or sisters shop for each others outfits for a week... also Emma try checking out fashion nova for long flowy dresses if im correct they have a lot. prices are not super cheap but their material is long lasting and its a good online store altogether!! they also have lots of sales all the time . Ellie can look as well for clothes in general because they have her style . ( im saying that cus me and her kind of have the same style. I am older but slim and small and shopped there and LOVED it.) also the models are super thick and plastic looking but if you read reviews everything should be fine. ( im 5'2 about 100 pounds and size XS/S fit me perfectly, not once had something not fit even on my first purchase ) 🤍🤍
keloids and piercing bumps are no joke. mine would not go away after months and it was a huge nasty red bump, and i had to get my piercing completely removed and healed closed

The usually appear if your touching your piercing a lot. I got piercing bumps on my tragus piercing and nose piercing and I noticed that those were the piercings I messed with the most. Luckily once they healed I didn’t have problems with them
Felt this! Make sure you definitely know your gage because they kept putting in a wrong size and it just kept getting infected till I actually went to a place that knew what was going on ! Salt water is the best to put on it

Ellie, i would wait until the keloid is healed to put a ring in. You’re meant to wait 6 months to change it out as the keloids happen! Honestly it’s worth the wait, keloids are not!

The editing is on point ! No budget shopping spree at the mall that could be um what we call dangerous and a good way to do damage . LOL HAHA. Don’t get a clicker nose ring only because that’s one of the hardest nose rings to get out of your nose. Trust me I have my nose pierced and I got one and I had a hard time getting it out.

L shaped nose ring is the best in my opinion because it stays in but doesn’t hurt to take out as long as your piercing is healed. Definitely shouldn’t switch out your nose jewelry before your nose piercing is healed.
Also u have to know your nose hole size … it’s called gauge

It’s not a keloid it’s an irritation bump, don’t wear make up around the piercing don’t touch yank or twist it use saline solution or anti bacterial soap. Don’t switch it to a hoop before 6 months. Try a warm compress to relieve the irritation. Also get quality jewelry cheap jewelry will irritate it as well.

oh ellie ur nose is gonna get so infected 😭 i would not recommend changing it for AT LEAST 6 months. i did that and it was so badly infected that i got sick. :(

If Ellie gets a irritation bump use tea tree oil. I used that on mine and it got rid of it. Once a day. I got mine at Walmart.

Trust me as someone that changed their nose ring as I had a keloid that is the last thing you’ll want to do. You’re going to regret it lol. And be careful with wearing a thinner hoop overtime because it will cause the whole to tear.
