I'm grateful that people like AgtSpooky recorded them despite the rules against it back then. I hate the thought that we all might have missed out on seeing this, and I really think the growing popularity of the cons in those earlier years is at least partly thanks to the publicity generated by these early videos that showed everyone just how much fun they actually were.

Thanks for the subtitles, as a person who is learning English I'm not always able to catch every word but you are making this old cons available for me and sure more other people. And this side notes- Cool, awsome idea!!
Thank you so much for your comment, it made my day! I’ve had a lot of fun adding those side notes, and it makes me especially happy that the subtitles have helped make the videos more accessible. I was hoping that would be the case. English is the only language I know, but I myself have found the videos difficult to understand, especially when everyone is talking (or screaming) at once. I can't imagine how much more difficult it would be if English were someone's second (or third or fourth...) language. There are such great moments in these videos, so I'd very much like for everyone to be able to fully understand and enjoy them!

I'm so glad you've been able to enjoy these older panels! I've watched a LOT of convention videos by now, but these early ones have some of my all-time favorite moments.
It's really cute seeing how relatively stiff and awkward they were doing these when they were wee babies compared to later conventions. lol They obviously grew to become a lot more comfortable with panels! ❤❤
LOL, yes, it’s fun to see the progression as they got more comfortable with them through the years! I kind of imagine they went into this one (their first ever “breakfast” panel) with no clue how they were going to entertain a group of fans for almost 25 minutes. 🤣
@@bean9619 I like how informal the panels are. Just them talking about whatever comes to mind, fun interactions with fans some of whom they recognize by sight, fans shouting out and talking. The cons now are more regimented and formal. It's understandable given how large they are and how many years, but it would have been amazing to be a part of these early cons.
I'm glad you enjoyed it! Yes, it was actually the very first Creation con they attended. They had attended a few other conventions or convention-like things before this, but this was one of their first. I think this was the chain of events: * They both attended Paleyfest in March 2006. * Jared attended a multi-fandom Grand Slam convention in LA a few days after Paleyfest. * Jensen attended the first Asylum convention in the UK in May 2007, which included actors from both Supernatural and Smallville. * Jensen attended the San Diego Comic-Con in July 2007. (Jared was supposed to attend too, but he'd been filming until early that morning and missed his flight.) * And then there was this one!
