It's hard but there is a lot of money to be made. I was a driver for a little bit and now I'm a transportation supervisor for sysco Houston. And it's always a struggle to not drive especially when I see those checks they are making. I had one guy make 165k last year.
@@teeroythetrucker idk bro…I went down there for a month and my insurance tripled, groceries were more expensive, houses and property taxes were way more too. The only thing that was cheaper that I saw was the fuel and then started to skyrocket just before I came back home. It’s crazy expensive in NYC though. I live 5 hours away from there where it’s cheaper.
Bro if Sysco catch you making this video it’s ground for termination your truck is in motion and that camera is rolling ! I was terminated for no seat belt pulling the truck up a couple hundred feet with no seatbelt at a subway delivery ! Stay safe

Whats the range for starting pay? My husband is thinking about applying, he had 7 years class a experience but the post does not give a range. It says Earn on average $33.50/hour on incentive w/OT. Top Drivers earn $54+/hour on Incentive

And some people look for the errors first before they listen to York receive the wisdom.
Honestly to answer your question, the money was the reason that made me motivated to really do the job and understand it but you get burnt out after a while to be honest.
