I have a question I installed that model in an exterior door it works fine during the day but is doesn't close the door all the way is gets cold outside, any suggestions?
Hi. Thanks for reaching out. How low are the temps getting during the night hours? To find the right balance and account for the temperature swings, we suggest increasing the power and/or latch speed slightly.
Hello. Do you have a model # or thickness for the door you are experiencing trouble with? Sometimes using a through-bolt can work to securing a closer body to the door when wood screws are failing.

@@UniversalHardware is not that cold (around 40 degrees)
