Lee I've been going to arsenal for 40 years and you what you seem to forget is we've never been like United or Liverpool. I'm honestly happy to plod along around 8th and 4th. We were never going to be challenging year in year out. Just be happy when we win mate. We have a great history even when the club was formed back in 1898 other teams don't

@@dazza944 I'm a Gooner for well over 30 + years and I've not only always considered the Charity Shield/Community Shield as a legit honour, but UEFA officially classes it as one too. It's the English Super Cup. It's the Title Champions against the Major Domestic Cup Winners; the same thing have in the Italian, Spanish, German and French leagues. Football fans not just in their respective countries, but UK also, take the version of their Super Cups seriously, so why don't UK based fans take it seriously when it pertains to the one over here? I tell you why.. because the only Manager who scoffed at it was Ferguson cos he used to get beat in it a good few times also. He would call it a Friendly but he wanted to win it so badly adn his teams were always fired up. I think it was him who planted that seed into the minds of fans that it's just a glorifed friendly, but he couldn't be more wrong.

My youngest sibling, also a Gooner, is 16; 17 later this year, and he remembers all our 4 recent FA Cup wins and is well drilled with our Team History too well before he was born. Lee Ten Hag is the best attacking coach out there and best up and coming manager! Apart from pep, klopp and Nagelsmann there isn’t another coach out there who plays high press attacking football and that’s what us Man Utd fans want now, I’ve watched Ajax in the league and champions league and they play unbelievable football! I don’t know how you can not say Ten Hag ain’t all that when yes it will be difficult but if he gets power and he is backed in 2-3 few years we could be challenging again! Then you’ve come out and said you would take Simeone when he plays boring defensive football and apart from passion and good defensive structure there is nothing I see what Madrid do well. Ten Hag over simeone everyday of the week my opinion. ten Hag is the future of football Simeone isn’t! If I was Arsenal I’d be looking for Luis Enrique if you want to play attacking football the Barca way

this did you think we could be 4th after our 3 losses gets on my nerves mannn,there was still 105 points to go for so it was only a minimum that we could at least be where we are,with manu having a potential challenger lineup if all played at their best which very badly messed up,harry kane who mourned his missed departure until conte came in then the spurs season really started , and the other guys in the mix having a bit less experience as a club how to handle till the end a certain position(wolves,westham and so on)
