budhdhi yog can be achieved through jnana,bhakti and yog. unless one knows about god it is hard to develop bhakti, unless bhakti is there it is hard to unite (yog). so the starting point as jnana will ease the process of budhdhi yog. so always keep in touch with god is the message.
Excellent, although 1 thing perhaps not stressed enough, the whole world won't become monk/ascetic, everyone need not literally know, worship, appraise the way it is in bhakti-yoga, gnyan-yogi may or may not worship, karma-yogi may not explicit visibly doing worship, or appreciating me, but deep inside, they appreciate the creation, the manifestation, everyone to start with becoming immersed in bhakti-bhava, is not the expectation, and that was not the intent, you have to execute karma, that is assigned, execute with utter perfection, with me as the deeper intent, for I am all-pervading, in every pieces of words, concepts, objects (be it conscious or not), every karma, every action and reaction takes place in me - it is eventually function of this eternal energy, not a single leaf moves without, once in every act, every thought, every interaction, decision, the subtle thread is held (the subtle thread that all is 'one') that's the yoga! connecting continuously - as if like non-discontinuous flow of oil - "tailadhara" . Bhakti, preeti, senses of gratitude (thankfulness), appreciating all around deeply (example when you eat an 'anardana' / grain of a pomegranate - be so conscious in all of your senses, that it is all one, the shape, form, smell, touch, taste - the object, the observer, the edible, and eater, the glower, and harvester all are one) - mindfulness - all these are now at least proven scientifically to create a neural path ways of activity - much different from those who miss that!
1) Detach all thing which subtract your mental energy(psychic energy). For example phone and negative people around your or negative feelings around you. Please detach every thing which cause distraction. 2) Maintain celibacy. 3) Don't watch wrong, Don't hear wrong, Don't speak wrong and Don't do wrong. 4) Do meditation around 15 to 20 min. in a day. You can break this meditation in to 5 min of small meditation. 5) Please be clean and wear Clean clothes. 6) Avoid eating outside. 7) Chant some mantra or Chalisa according to your comfort for 20 min in daily morning prayer. 8) Connect your thought with your Goal during meditation( you can call it manifestation). For example:- if you have upcoming exam, then while meditation, say "I won't do procrastination"... Repeat this line 10 times in every meditation session. 9) Think Postive. Please follow above written rules this shall change your 'will' in magical way.
