Easiest way is this. Say you are attacking toward right side so 3 o’clock will be forward. For normal / reverse stepover all you need to do is do a quarter circle from right or left of your player to backwards. In this case it would be 6 to 9 or 12 to 9 as 9 is the backwards direction. If right footed player it would be a reverse stepover, and stepover. If you are already good with stepover try right after stepover it is so effective. All you need to do is 3 to 6 first, then 6 to 9. Or similarly 3 to 12, then 12 to 9. To make it easier you can press L1 and make sure your player turns to goal first. Or in any angle simple 90 degrees right / left to your player then backwards.

A quick way to get quick elastico, is to do an l1 stop, and then do an elastico, it makes the elastico go fast
