I'm not sure. It would be awesome if someone had kept a spreadsheet with recorded loot percentages through the years. The developers don't really have the best dialogue with the player base. Even letting us know about small tweaks to gameplay mechanics would be nice. :p
I don't think the starter pack was around when you made this video. Honestly I would recommend avoiding buying the starter pack, Especially on a non survival mode game, it just makes the game too easy. But if your new and having trouble staying alive it could be a good buy. I think Mr handys are the best buy but in survivor mode it can be difficult to keep them around since you can't repair them only revive them for 2000c when they die.
beginner, intermediate and advanced vault, what about roleplaying vault? Mines a BOS vault, its sort of between intermediate and advanced. Well established but if I make it to efficient it wouldn't make sense.

One time I got a hardened fatman from a lunchbox for free after beating a quest.

Hey, your guides are pretty good. In the part of the video were you classify the rank of your vault, i say my vault is currently on intermediate, since i have a well established vault, and i'm almost close to get the Nuka cola plant power. Now, for some tips, do you know how to take good care of exterminating pests in the vault, especially Radscorpions, those creatures are very annoying, especially in a ill established vault.
I would suggest lure them to level 1 room; training room is good, the room size doesn't matter. This probably lower their power, although I'm not sure but it work with Fire. Right now my biggest concern are molerat and I'm planning on building my room has atleast low level room nearby; don't wanna risk my dweller/mrhandy die.
What do you think about Wasteland quest that you find when you put a dweller for a walk? I personally love them because they are small sweet and there is a House/shack quest because that is the only way to find it... I have spent hours Just waiting in the game for one of those quest Just to play them

Use a save editor. I just bought the starter pack and it doesn't show up in game. So I searched for a solution and it seems they just give you the run around between contacting steam and bethesda. So a save editor will get you what you paid for.

You don't need to buy things using your hard-earned cash you know there's games where you can play where you can actually make money from them but you need to do is this you need to put it in like alphabetical order the rooms and make them go vertical with each other this is what you do you do then you do water if you don't discriminate if you don't you should think right side middle side left side you don't have to buy stuff from the store if you have Wi-Fi and you watch advertisements they will just give you stuff and if you the only reason why you should get something is if you want to get a pet you can if you want to get a pet that's the only reason why you should ever go to the store if you're a pet lonely

I cannot recommend the Mr. Handy 5 pack for $3.99. I was hitting a ceiling with my resources for not being able to hit them fast enough. Those have not only been much faster to collect but also stretched the usefulness before I had to upgrade.

See's Mr.Handy can be sent to the waist land to gather caps. Loads up vault and opens the Mr.Handy box I've held off opening and sends him out.

Nope, Mr.Handy units aren't currently able to be upgraded. I'm hoping that the devs add in this functionality later on. :)
Late question, but can mr handy ”collect” in training rooms if someone is done it will collect the level automaticly

You can just configure time on your phone or pc and you can skip to future not using nuca cola quantum... Buying nuca cola quntum is a waste of money
Recommend using nuka cola quantum to skip objectives to increase chances of pet carrier/ lunchbox.
